It has been years since I had last listened to Yellowcard. I hadn't even realized they had released a new album since their hiatus. This is one of the singles from that album, but I find the lyrics to be very poetic and inspiring. Not only are the lyrics engaging and full of imagery, but the chords and notes conjure up feelings of freedom and rebellion. I feel at one time or another we've all had that feeling of being chained down or being held back by something in our lives that won't allow us to break free. Its anthems like this song that let us listeners know that we are the masters of our own destiny and the selectors of our own path in life. So listen up and feel free to turn your speakers up nice and loud on this one.
